In our time of peace we ignored You
We enjoyed our success and paid You no mind
We cared little for doing what was right
And was neither loving nor kind

We replaced You with the stars
With the constellations You drew in the sky
We traded your Word for false predictions
Believing every word of every lie

Now You have made us your enemy
Your strong hand risen against us
You say, “What good are your beliefs now
Where are the Gods in whom you trust”

“Will your ignorant philosophies keep you safe
Will all your positive energy heal you”
Now I will prove that I am in fact real
And you will see what I can do”
