There is something His believers won’t tell you
There is a secret His followers won’t confess
They say He loves you all as His children
They claim He plays no favorites
Yet He takes His favor from some and is loyal to others
He allows some of you to be tortured while others receive blessings
How many of how you have been cursed and doomed
How many of you prosper without a reason why
Doesn’t one outweigh the other
Don’t the rich and successful equal a few
Why then do you admire Him so
Why do you praise His holy name
You are better off down here with me
Down here you would find peace
