Tell Me

Does the distance get to you like it gets to me
Do you ever wanna live out the scenes in my poetry
Tell me, don’t be discrete, don’t be passive
Let’s risk it all on each other and let these feelings live
Don’t play it off, don’t act like you’re not curious
Don’t tell me you never thought about what’d happen if it was just us
Sometimes I want you so bad it hurts
It’s so much better when you fall in love with the mind first
What if I told there’s no part of me you don’t already own
Would that be too much, would I end up alone
Please say something, tell me I’m not delusional or crazy
Tell me some part of you feels the same way about me
