There was once a flower
In full bloom and grown
Birds picked its pedals
And would not leave it alone
Eventually, the Fall came
And its beauty grew old
The rest of her petals fell
Against the autumn cold
Upon the winter it froze
And struggled to stay alive
Its roots began to question
Rather Spring would arrive
But one day in its garden
Exposed and beautifully bare
The clouds finally broke
And brought some warm
Its petals began to grow again
This time without danger and fear
No longer would it be broken
For its Spring was finally here
