From Cotton to Chains

They hung him by up spangled stars
And cut out his talking tongue
Then he forced himself on his wife
And put to work his young

And for this white devil
Covered in lies and pale
Who went on to have great grandkids
That attended Harvard and Yale

Meanwhile, his offsprings sits in a cell
