Will I die waiting on God
Will the Lord ignore my pain
Will winter winds consume me
Will I perish in freezing rain

Will I vanish and be forgotten
Will I disappear without a name
Will I be overtaken by my sins
Will I fade away in shame

Oh Lord cut my long-suffering short
Lead me safely out of the wilderness
Liberate me from the hand of evil
And make me one You desire to bless
